Where will the Forum be held?

The Forum will take place on the 9 and 10 April 2025 at the Radisson Hotel Astana, Sary Arka Avenue 4, Astana 010000, Republic of Kazakhstan.

Do I need to pay to attend the Forum?

Yes, pre-registration and payment are required to attend. Be sure to check for early bird registration discounts.

Can I purchase a ticket to the Gala Dinner separately?

No, Gala Dinner tickets can only be purchased in conjunction with delegate tickets.

What payment methods are accepted for Forum participation?

You can pay via bank transfer in USD, GBP, EUR, or Kazakhstan Tenge, or by credit card using Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Please review terms and conditions.

What security measures do you have in place for participant data?

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy outlines the measures we take to protect your sensitive information.

How do I inform you of my dietary needs or allergies?

Please provide details about your dietary requirements or allergies in the comments box during your Forum registration. To ensure we can accommodate your request, please note that the venue requires 3-5 working days' notice.

Is the venue accessible for wheelchair users?

Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible. Please let us know your accessibility requirements when confirming Forum participation or registering for exhibition access.

Is smoking permitted at the venue?

Smoking is limited to designated smoking areas outside the hotel and the cigar bar. Smoking is not allowed in other locations on the premises.

Do you provide remote participation option?

The Forum is an in-person event only. However, access to the Forum materials will be available for purchase after the event.

Is there a fee to visit the exhibition?

No, admission to the exhibition is free. However, pre-registration is required for access to the Forum web-application and prize draws.

Can I attend the Forum as a non-participating viewer?

Unfortunately, this option isn't available. However, you are welcome to attend the free Pitch Trucks sessions alongside the exhibition.

Do you provide simultaneous translation?

Yes, registered delegates will have access to simultaneous translation during Forum sessions.

Will I have access to the list of attendees?

Yes, registered participants (excluding exhibition-only attendees) will receive access to our Forum web application prior to the event. This app allows you to view participant profiles, exchange digital business cards, schedule 1-on-1 meetings, and more. Exhibition visitors will have a limited app view with exhibitor information and schedule of the open events.

Will presentation slides and other materials be available after the Forum?

Registered Forum participants will have access to presentation slides, video recordings from main and Pitch-Up sessions, and photos. These will be made available approximately two to three weeks after the Forum.

Do I need visa to travel to Kazakhstan?

Please verify the entry and visa requirements for your nationality.

Can you issue a formal invitation to attend the Forum?

Yes, please complete the enquiry form providing information about yourself and your organisation.

Can you recommend a hotel?

The Forum will be held at the Radisson Hotel Astana, which is also our recommended accommodation. Alternatively, you can book accommodation at the Park Inn Hotel located just 5 minutes away from the Forum’ s venue. Please complete provided discount forms to book hotel accommodation.

Do you provide hospitality services?

Please feel free to contact the Radisson Astana Hotel who will be delighted to assist you with organising the airport transfer and recommend local hospitality specialists.
