Tasmagambetova won the UN Global Compact in Central Asia (UNGC) ‘SDG 2024 Pioneer’ competition. In 2025, she was appointed Chair of the UNGC Advisory Committee.

Under her leadership and direct participation, 9 international expeditions were conducted to study the difficult environmental situation in the Caspian Sea, and these data became a reason for inclusion of the Caspian seal in the Red Book of Kazakhstan.

Ms Tasmagambetova is the author of 7 scientific publications and 2 utility model patents.
