Received a diploma in rare element engineering from Tomsk Polytechnic Institute in 1982.
Defended PhD thesis in 1985 and defended doctoral thesis in 1997 on the problems of rare element mining.
In 2000-2018, worked in the system of the national company Kazatomprom and managed scientific programs for uranium mining.
In 2018-2025, developed in-situ leaching technologies for tungsten, molybdenum, rare earth elements, copper, nickel, cobalt, bauxite, ilmenite, gold and phosphorites.

Cooperation in the nuclear industry "Kazakhstan-Turkey"

The needs of the Republic of Turkey for natural uranium are estimated based on the existing country plans for the construction of nuclear power plants in Ak-Kuyu and Sinop.
The prospects for joint work between Kazakhstan and Turkey in all major stages of the nuclear fuel cycle - uranium mining, conversion, enrichment, fuel production, and nuclear energy generation are shown.
