Mrs Muldagaliyeva, as the Director of Investor Relations Department, is responsible for developing and executing investor relations strategies, and effective communications with investors, analysts and other stakeholders. She also ensures compliance with regulatory and disclosure requirements of international stock exchanges.

A citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan, she graduated from the Kogod School of Business at American University (Washington, DC) in 2008 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, specializing in Finance.

She has over 15 years of experience in asset management, M&A, corporate governance and investor relations. Botagoz Mulfagaliyeva began her career in oil and gas sector, having joined Kazatomprom in 2018 as a member of IPO team, later being promoted to the Head of IR.
