Her strategic grasp of global industrial, energy, mining, and resources sectors allows her to connect the dots, deliver actionable insights, and guide clients toward informed decisions that drive long-term success.

Kruthika regularly contributes discussions and articles on natural resources, mining, and energy, influencing industry discussions with valuable perspectives. She is particularly focused on advising clients in the energy, mining, and resources sectors on solving complex sustainability challenges, developing practical, industry-aligned solutions, and navigating the global political and economic factors that influence resource security and sustainability.Through her work, Kruthika facilitates critical thinking on real-world and pragmatic sustainability challenges to drive meaningful, deliberate change.

In her current role as Managing Director of Resources Now, an Energy & Natural Resources Insights & Collaboration Hub, Kruthika leads efforts to advance knowledge and collaboration in the sector. In addition to her advisory board roles, she also serves as the Head of Energy Transition & Critical Mineral for Lean In Equity & Sustainability and the Vice-Chair of the Women’s Energy Network Alliance.
