For over 15 years, he has been organizing the work of companies to improve operational efficiency and implement lean manufacturing tools.
Since 2020, he has been managing the ERG Production System development program with a total coverage of 12 largest enterprises in Kazakhstan.
Until 2018, he organized the work on the deployment of the Production System of the OMK Vyksa Plant.
In order to exchange experience, he visited more than 55 partner enterprises with a developed production culture in Russia, the CIS and European countries.
