Olga has over 20 years of experience in mining technologies. From 2002 to 2007, she worked at Vist Group (now Zifra), a leading company in fleet management systems for open-pit mining. In 2007, she founded Gemcom Russia, which served as the exclusive distributor of Gemcom software in the CIS region until 2012, when the company was acquired by Gemcom.

In 2017, Olga joined Newtrax as Vice President for Russia and CIS, contributing to the company’s growth until its acquisition by Sandvik. In 2021, she moved to DNA-Blast MSK, where she continues to apply her expertise in the mining industry.

Olga is a highly educated professional, having graduated with honors from Belarusian State University. She also completed advanced training at the graduate school of the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics at Moscow State University (M.V. Lomonosov), specializing in wave and gas dynamics. In 2004, she successfully defended her thesis and earned a PhD in Physical and Mathematical Sciences, with a focus on geomechanics.
