Roman has more than 20 years of professional experience in providing advisory services.
Roman specializes in providing advice to foreign and Kazakhstan companies representing various sectors of economy, including metallurgy and mining companies on transfer pricing and tax legislation with respect to corporate taxation, tax planning, application of double tax treaties and the structure of foreign investments in Kazakhstan.
Has an extensive experience in providing tax review services to the companies in telecommunications sector.
Complete dan internship at the German office of EY (Düsseldorf) in transfer pricing, and completed while working at EY completed numerous courses on international and Kazakhstan taxation.
Member of the Chamber of Tax Consultants of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Graduated from the Kazakhstan Institute of Management, Economics and Prediction (KIMEP).
