Prior to this, he held varios management roles in the AIFC ecosystem for 8 years.
Earlier in his career, he served as Deputy CEO of the National Investment Corporation and Advisor to the CEO of SWF Samruk-Kazyna.
Temirlan is a graduate of KIMEP University and University of Edinburgh and also a CFA charterholder.
