Victor has 25 year career in professional services industry focusing on sustainability and corporate social responsibility. He is committed to enhancing the climate change and sustainability agenda in the region through his personal engagement in business and professional associations, as well as EY’s corporate projects.

As a Climate Change and Sustainability Services leader, Victor supports businesses in responding to societal, environmental, and economic challenges resulting from shifting market demands and the changing economic and regulatory environment. His industry experience is rich in working with companies in the energy, mining, metallurgy, and oil & gas sector, as well as commercial banks.

Originally from Ukraine, Victor got the Certified Sustainable Investment Professional degree after the joint program of the Concordia University and John Molson School of Business (2022). Also, is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) and the certified Sustainability Excellence Professional®.
Victor is the certified Sustainability and Climate Risk professional (SCR certificate from GARP®).
Victor passed the Environmental and Social Risks Analysis (ESRA) training course provided by the UNEP Financial Initiative, GIZ and the INCAE Business School.
