Born in 1971 in Leningrad. Graduated with honors from Saint Petersburg State University in 1993 with a degree in geology and geophysics.
Professional and scientific activities focus on applied geophysics, including the transient electromagnetic method (TEM), induced polarization (IP) method, electrical tomography using IP and resistivity methods, and magnetometry. These methods are applied in the exploration of solid mineral resources, hydrogeological surveys, environmental studies, archaeology, and research on the electrical properties of rocks.
Participated in numerous geological exploration projects for various types of mineral resources in Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Rwanda, and Tanzania.
Author and co-author of more than 20 publications in scientific journals and a regular participant in geological and geophysical conferences and seminars.
Reconnaissance vector IP survey and IP electrical tomography in the exploration of copper-massive sulfide ores and copper-porphyry ores.
The report presents the experience and assessment of the effectiveness of geophysical surveys using the induced polarization (IP) vector survey method for studying large areas, as well as IP electrical tomography for obtaining detailed data. The possibilities and advantages of these methods in the exploration of copper-massive sulfide and copper-porphyry ores are discussed.
