Arthur Poiakov is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in international business communications and event organization.

His journey began in Ukraine, where he honed his skills as a Russian & English Teacher and Educational Psychologist. Driven by a passion for Public Relations, Arthur relocated to the UK in 1992, establishing himself as a leading figure in the industry.

After gaining valuable management experience at various international media, training, and events companies, he founded Advantix Limited in 2003. Headquartered in the UK, Advantix specialises in organising events and managing communication projects for Natural Resources and Capital Markets. With subsidiaries in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan, Advantix's reach spans across continents.  Arthur's vision materialised in 2004 with the launch of MINEX Forum, a groundbreaking cross-border platform connecting over 50,000 professionals in mining, exploration, and related industries across Eurasia. MINEX Forum stands as a testament to Arthur's belief in fostering collaboration and understanding through targeted communication and networking.
